Delivery

Usually UK Mainland orders are delivered to your door within 24 hours, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We aim to delivery orders placed on a Friday the following Monday. No deliveries will be made on a Saturday or Sunday.

Deliveries to the rest of Europe usually take 3-5 working days, and worldwide 10-14 working days.

All UK Mainland orders incur a flat-rate delivery fee of £6.50. Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge. Delivery outside UK Mainland will be charged at cost in all cases - please ask us for a quote.

Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it will be left in a safe location or with a neighbour (complying with any instructions given). If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number. Please call the number to arrange for redelivery or collection.

Returns Policy

At Hockey and Cricket.com we want you to be delighted with your order and the goods you receive.

If for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return the item in its original condition within 7 days and we will provide a refund. We will also refund any postage costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely and send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since Hockey and Cricket.com cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.

Any refunds are made within 30 days of written cancellation notice and receipt of returned goods.
